Motive Africa (MA) is a women-owned business that specializes in providing training and consultancy services to support economic development, business growth, and investment opportunities.

Our founder, Tirsit Tefera, is a young and energetic woman with extensive experience in training and curriculum development. She honed her skills as a master trainer and learning and curriculum specialist while working with the Canadian-based International Non-Governmental Organization, Digital Opportunity Trust.

At Motive Africa, we have a proven track record of successfully executing a wide range of consultancy assignments, including business development services, training, coaching, women’s empowerment, leadership, career development, reproductive health, gender-based violence (GBV), and e-learning. Our team consists of technical specialists with a mastery of their respective fields who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality consultancy services that meet our client’s needs.
